All Tec line products are processed or finished on a laminating machine to perform a specific function. The flatbed laminating system can thermo-laminate up to three layers (for instance, surface material to non-woven material and foam to the lower fabric) in one work cycle. We use heat-activated adhesives in powder form, as a web or film for this. We do lamination in an environmentally friendly manner with no emissions for all types of non-woven materials and foams, textile surface materials, leather and PVC.
